If an external cloud service is being used as a protection location for your library, Mylio will protect all original images to this location. By default, this service may not include enough data to protect your full Mylio Library.
If Mylio Library exceeds the space available from your cloud provider, you may receive the error “Your storage quota has been exceeded.” This error means that there is no available space to protect your images and the sync will stop until additional storage space is available.
This issue can be rectified in multiple ways:
- Increase your cloud storage by purchasing additional storage from your provider.
- Delete unused or unwanted data from your cloud storage and empty the trash. More info here.
- Clear the Mylio cache for your cloud storage. More info here.
