Installing Mylio Photos on a Computer

Learn how to download and install Mylio Photos on your Windows or macOS computer.

  1. Go to mylio.com and click Try Now Free.

  2. Enter your email address, then click Get Mylio Photos.

  3. Choose the plan that works for you, then click Continue with Selected Offer.

  4. Enter your billing information, then click Start Free Trial or Pay.

  5. Click Download Installer, then install the application using the instructions below for Windows or macOS.

After entering payment details, an important email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email contains your unique license key and instructions for redeeming your license.

Installing Mylio Photos on a Windows Computer

  1. Locate the downloaded Mylio_x64.msix or Mylio_ARM64.msix file in your Downloads folder in Windows Explorer, then double-click the file and click Install.

  2. Click Yes to allow the app to make changes, then click Install.

  3. When the installation is complete, select Launch to open Mylio Photos.

Installing Mylio Photos on a macOS Computer

  1. Locate the downloaded mylio.dmg file in your Downloads folder, then double-click the file to start the installation.

  2. Click and drag the Mylio Photos icon into the Applications folder shortcut on the right.

  3. Launch Mylio Photos from your Applications folder.

Log In or Create Your Mylio Account

  1. Launch the Mylio Photos application and click the Let’s Go button.

  2. Enter your email address, then click Continue.

  3. Check your email.

    1. Click the Click Here to Log In button, then click the Launch Mylio Photos button in your browser or

    2. Copy the code and paste it into the Mylio Photos app window, then press enter or return on the keyboard.

  4. Locate the License Key in your purchase confirmation email

  5. Copy and paste it into the License Key Field in Mylio Photos to activate your Mylio Photos+ subscription.

  6. Congratulations! Mylio Photos+ is now installed and ready to use. The confirmation page will show Welcome to Mylio Photos+. Click the Start Adding Photos and Videos button to begin Guided Import.

NOTE: If your account was created before March 16, 2023, please enter your email address and password to log in to the Mylio Photos application.
