Included with the 2-Years of Mylio Photos+ Plan is a one-time, 30-minute, one-on-one session to get expert support in getting set up with Mylio Photos+.
After you subscribe, a scheduling link will be sent to your account email. To schedule your Set-up Session:
Click the link sent to you - this will open a web browser with available dates and times
Choose an available date and time that's convenient for you.
Confirm the session.
Congratulations! Your meeting has been scheduled.
Once you have booked a time, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the pertinent Zoom meeting information. On the day and time of the session, click the meeting link to be connected with a Mylio Expert.
Please plan to join the session from your computer with Mylio Photos+ installed. Video is not necessary for the call, but having good audio and the ability to share your screen are required. To make the best use of your session time, we recommend you set up the Zoom application and test it beforehand.
We also suggest having a list of goals and questions prepared.
Please note that these sessions are nonrefundable. If you decide to cancel or not schedule your session over the course of your subscription, it will not be refunded. The Set-Up Session is included in the pricing of your subscription.
