There are instances where Mylio can lose track of the location of folders. This can be due to folder name changes, drive name changes, or movements in the file system from outside of Mylio. When Mylio notices a change like this it marks the folder as Missing in Mylio’s Folder View.
This can be corrected by:
- Find the top level Folder marked as Missing in Folder View. The following steps cannot be done to subfolders of a missing parent folder.
- Right-click on the top level missing folder.
- Choose Locate Missing Folder from the menu.
- This will open a file browser where you can point Mylio to the folder’s current location. Be sure to select the correct folder as Mylio will relink to the contents of this folder.
After completing those steps, Mylio will scan the folder for any new changes and then reconnect it to the Mylio library.
