If you are having issues signing into the Mylio application,, or resetting your password and get an error that starts with 15810… then you most likely have an account with Mylio using a third-party sign-in option (Apple, Google, Facebook, or Microsoft).
If you are signed into the Mylio application on a device, you can check how your account was created by selecting the View menu, then Settings, then Account. If you are signed in with a third-party account it will say so at the top. If you are signed in with an email address, it will list the email address there.
