Import errors are displayed as a blue banner stating that Mylio has skipped files. This banner is displayed after an import has completed.

By clicking on the banner, you are able to view the reasons for skipping each file.

Common reasons for skipped files may be:

• Malformed File Format – The file may be corrupt or a RAW file that is not readable by Mylio. This article will outline which RAW Files Mylio currently supports.
• Unknown File Type – If you are importing a folder that contains files that Mylio does not support (Documents, Music Files).
• Access Denied – You may get this message if you are attempting to import from a location where adequate permissions are not set for your user.
