Sometimes, Mylio Photos may display a message in the Notifications Menu indicating that files were skipped during the import process. Click the notification to view a list of skipped files and the reason they were skipped. The most common reasons include:
The Exclude Suspected Duplicates option was enabled during import - Mylio Photos skipped importing files that were already present in your library.
Unsupported File Format - Click here to view a list of supported file types and cameras.
Corrupt files - Files that have been damaged and are therefore unreadable by Mylio Photos.
Access Denied - Files are inaccessible to the current user due to inadequate permissions.
