If your Mylio Photos+ connected devices are not sending or receiving media to your other devices, the steps below will help you resolve the issue.
Do the Devices See Each Other?
The first step in getting your devices to sync is ensuring they can see each other on your local network.
Click or tap the Dashboard icon in the left sidebar, then select Devices.
Devices that are visible to each other will have white text and graphics and green icons below the device name to indicate if the device is in sync, sending, or receiving.
Devices that cannot see each other will have gray text, graphics, and gray icons below the device name to indicate if the device is offline, and whether it is in sync or needs media.

For Mylio Photos+ devices to see each other and sync:
The Devices must all be logged in to the same Mylio Photos Account. Click the Account icon in the top app bar to verify your account information.
The Devices must be connected to the internet or on the same Wi-Fi or local network. External drives should be directly connected with as few adapters or hubs as possible.
Ensure that all Devices have been updated to the most recent version of Mylio Photos.
All Devices must have the Mylio Photos application open and running. On mobile devices, Mylio Photos must be running in the foreground.

Check for a stuck activity in the Activities menu, such as "Moving Files or Folders on Disk.” If there is, follow these steps.
Are There Still Photos Waiting to Sync?
You may have a few devices online and still not have a fully synced Mylio Photos library. This will be indicated by gray or green icons under devices in the Dashboard. Since Mylio Photos watches photos on many devices, it can be challenging to remember what devices may have added an original that is waiting to sync. To determine what device, or devices, need to be synced:
Open Mylio Photos.
Open the Dashboard.
Select a device that has a Down arrow under it.
In the next column, click on the text labeled ‘Show files waiting to Sync’.
Mylio Photos will display all of the images that still need to sync to that device. Select them all by using the Actions menu or by pressing ctrl + A or cmd + A on your keyboard
The Sync panel will show you where the Originals are for the selected photos, indicated by a green bar under Originals for each device
Make sure the device that is storing the originals is currently online. If it is not, open Mylio Photos on that device and wait for syncing to resume.
Check Device Storage
The amount of storage remaining on your device may be preventing sync. On a computer and iPad, this could prevent attached USB drives from syncing. You can check how much free space is remaining on your device and the Minimum Free Space setting in Mylio.
Open the Dashboard and select Devices
Select your device from the top of the list to show the Device Settings.
Scroll down and select Device Storage
Note how much free space your device has. If your device's free space is below the Minimum Free Space threshold, syncing will be paused
To adjust the Minimum Free Space, toggle Auto Manage off. Move the slider to the left to lower the Minimum Free Space threshold. The lowest allowable value is 1 GB.
