Redeeming your Mylio Photos+ License
To redeem your Mylio Photos+ license included in the Mylio Bundle, check your email for instructions and your unique promotional code for the redemption process. If you are using an iOS device, you must redeem your Mylio Photos+ license code through a web browser. Scroll down to learn how.
If you have the Mylio Photos app already installed and an account created, you can skip to Step 4:
Once received:
Download the Mylio Photos app by visiting https://mylio.com.
Install the software.
Launch the software and create your Mylio Account, or log in to an existing account.
Click on the Account icon at the top right corner.
Ensure you using the correct account by corroborating the email address and account number. If you are not on the correct account, Factory Reset and log into the proper account or Switch Account Profiles.
Click “Redeem Code” and enter your unique code.
Enter all the required billing information. This will ensure your subscription remains active in the future.
The final amount will reflect a $0 balance, and your card will not be charged at this time.
Click “Place Your Order”
Congratulations. Your Mylio Photos+ subscription is now activated.
To reflect the plan change, please quit and relaunch the Mylio Photos application on all your devices.
If you prefer to Activate your Mylio Photos+ via a web browser, follow these steps:
Enter the unique license code that was sent to your account email.
Create an Account or log in with your existing Account.
Enter all the required billing information. This will ensure your subscription remains active in the future
The final amount will reflect a $0 balance, and your card will not be charged at this time.
Click “Place Your Order”
Congratulations. Your Mylio Photos+ is activated.
To reflect the plan change, please quit and relaunch the Mylio Photos application on all your devices.
Redeeming Your Radiant Photo & Toolkit License
To redeem your Radiant Photo & Toolkit license included in the Mylio Bundle, check your email for instructions and your unique promotional code for the redemption process.
Once received:
Download the application: Radiant Photo Download.
Follow the activation guide: Installation & Activation.
Use the code sent to your email to activate your license.
Redeeming Your Viewbug License
To redeem your Viewbug Platinum license included in the Mylio Bundle, check your email for instructions and your unique promotional code for the redemption process.
Once received:
Redeem here: Viewbug Redeem.
Sign up or log in and enter your code.
Platinum membership will be applied to newly created accounts for a full year.
Current Subscribers:
Existing paid members, email your code to [email protected].
Viewbug Support will be able to assist in adding your new license to your current subscription.
Redeeming Your Canvas Discount Canvas Print
To redeem your Canvas Discount Canvas Print included in the Mylio Bundle, check your email for instructions and your unique promotional URL for the redemption process.
Once received:
Click the unique URL given within the instructions that were sent to your email.
Redeem your Canvas Print.
