If you receive the message “Image/Thumbnail editing is not possible without a Preview or Original” when trying to edit a photo, this may mean the device you are currently using cannot access a higher-quality Optimized or Original quality image. Editing a photo in Mylio Photos requires the Optimized or Original quality photo to be available on the device you wish to edit.

If you are using the free version of Mylio Photos, and the original file(s) are stored on an external drive, please ensure the drive is connected.
