If you created a SyncCollection in Mylio Photos before version 24.5 while using a Space, the filters from that Space might have been applied to the SyncCollection, causing unexpected behavior.
How to Fix the Issue
To resolve this, you’ll need to remove and re-create any SyncCollections that were created before version 24.5.
Steps to fix:
1. Click the Dashboard icon in the right sidebar and select Devices.
2. Choose the device that is not syncing correctly.
3. Click Device Sync Policies.
4. Under Add SyncCollection, find the problematic SyncCollection and click the X to remove it.
5. Click Add SyncCollection again and re-create it.
By following these steps, your SyncCollection will work as expected without including photos that don’t meet your criteria.
