How can I contact the Customer Support Team?

You can contact Mylio support within the app by going to the Help Menu > Contact Mylio support.

Support is also available via our chat feature (located in the bottom right of the browser or within the Mylio Photos Learn Panel) to answer any non-technical inquiries and account related issues.

Regular staffed hours for all Mylio Support are:

Monday- Friday, 8 am-5 pm Pacific Time.

If you submit a request outside of these hours, we will respond within 72 hours.
