Is Mylio Photos+ a cloud service?

Updated September 25, 2026

Mylio Photos+ is cloud-independent.

Is Mylio Photos+ a cloud service?

No. In fact, Mylio Photos+ is cloud-independent. If you like, you can add cloud storage as a Vault in Mylio Photos+, but our services do not rely on the Cloud to work.

For those who want the benefits of cloud storage, Mylio Photos+ works with Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and S3 cloud storage (such as Amazon AWS, Backblaze, B2, etc.). We have also recently added a cloud storage option developed specifically for Mylio Photos+, called Mylio SecureCloud. Learn more about Mylio SecureCloud.
