Known Issue: Mylio crashes when moving the Library to an SD card on Android

On some Android devices, Mylio may crash or stop responding when you try to move your Mylio Library to an SD card using Storage Manager.

When this happens, the move doesn't occur, and your Mylio Library stays in its default location on the device's internal storage.

Our team is aware of this issue and is working on a fix.

Workaround

Until a fix is available, you can reduce how much internal storage Mylio uses:

1. Adjust the Device Sync Policy. Choose a policy that keeps fewer full-resolution originals on this device, such as Catalog Only or SpaceSaver.
2. Clear the cache. This removes Optimized Images and/or Originals that are already stored on other devices.
