Troubleshooting: Not Receiving the “Log In to Mylio Photos” Email

When you sign in to Mylio Photos, the app sends an email titled “Log In to Mylio Photos.”

This email includes:

  1. A 6-digit code you can type into the app

  2. A “CLICK HERE TO LOG IN” button you can use instead

If this email doesn’t arrive, or you see “no account found”, use the steps below.

If You Didn’t Get the Login Email (Code or Link)

  1. Check all email folders. Look in:
    1. Spam
    2. Junk
    3. Promotions
    4. Updates
    5. Other/Filtered folders
  2. Search your mailbox. The email contains specific phrases you can search for:
    1. “Mylio”
    2. “Log In to Mylio Photos” (subject)
    3. “You’re almost there!”
    4. “We received your request to log in to your account.”
    5. “Type this code into your Mylio Photos software”
    6. “CLICK HERE TO LOG IN”
  3. Check the email address you entered. Make sure you typed the address associated with your Mylio account. Common issues include typos, using work or school email instead of personal, or using an old/retired address.
  4. If you find it in Spam or Junk, mark the email as safe by marking it as Not Spam or moving it to your inbox
  5. If you still can't locate the email, please reach out to Mylio Support directly.

If you see "No Account Found"

This means the email you typed isn’t linked to an existing Mylio account. Try:

  • Checking for spelling errors

  • Trying another email address you may have used

  • Searching your mailbox for older messages from Mylio to confirm which address is on file
